- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 5:00 PM on business days are generally processed that same day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be picked up on the following business day.
- Processing Duration: Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared and ready for dispatch. We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
- Transit Time: After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 4–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
- Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within approximately 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping Fees: We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
Please keep in mind that all delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be in processing and adjustments may no longer be possible.
